Deliveries and Returns


Our delivery service

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a link to your consignment on the Couriers Please website, which will allow you to track the status of your order. Delivery is usually within 7 business days of this confirmation (please note, business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). If any products are temporarily unavailable then delivery may take longer.

Please note, due to high volume of orders during sale periods delivery of your online order may take a little longer to arrive than usual. We work extra hard during this busy time to ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible, without compromising our quality standards. Thank you for your patience, please feel free to get in touch with us if you have any concerns.

If you need an order by a specific date or time please get in touch shop@ecostore.com.au to ensure we can meet your delivery expectation.

Delivery costs are a flat rate for your order. Delivery times may vary for different states within Australia:

Carrier

All orders are delivered by CouriersPlease, who operate from Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm (except public holidays). If you're not home when CourierPlease calls, then your parcel may be delivered to a POPStation or POPShops closest to your address. You will need to collect your parcel within 7 calendar days from receipt of the Delivery Advice Notification. If you don’t collect your article from the designated POPStation within 7 calendar days, it will be returned to sender. CourierPlease contact is: 1300 753 273.

Please note: CourierPlease does not attempt second re-delivery so ensure you are home or provide detailed delivery instructions during purchase.

Delivery Instructions

During purchase please advise the delivery instructions such as 'Signature Required', 'Authority to leave', 'Leave at the back door', 'Deliver between x hours', or any other special instructions.

What is a CouriersPlease POPStation?

POPStation is a new way to collect your parcels when and where you choose. POPStation Parcel Lockers are conveniently located and most are accessible 24/7. It is a free to use service brought to you by Couriers Please.

How to use a CouriersPlease POPStation

If our CouriersPlease Franchisee is unable to complete your delivery, your parcel may be delivered to a POPStation closest to your address. You will receive a Delivery Advice Notification (card and/or email or SMS) with instructions on how to find the location of your parcel and how to use the POPStation. Please follow these instructions carefully. Once you have confirmed the location of your parcel, please proceed to your designated POPStation taking your Delivery Advice Notification and your mobile phone.

What is a CouriersPlease POPShop?

POPShop is a new way to collect your parcels 7 days a week, extended hours, and at convenient Retail Outlets such as Newsagents and Convenience Stores . It is a free to use service brought to you by CouriersPlease.

How do I use a CouriersPlease POPShop?

All POPShops offer inbound and outbound services. This means you can send and receive parcels from our POPShops.

If our CouriersPlease Franchisee is unable to complete your delivery, your parcel may be delivered to a POPShop closest to your address. You will receive the Delivery Advice Notification (card and/or email, SMS) with instructions on how to find the location of your parcel and how to pick up your parcel from the designated POPShop in your area. Please follow these instructions carefully. Once you have identified the POPShop at which your parcel is located, please proceed to this location with your Delivery Advice Notification and your Photo ID. Only the addressee with a valid photo ID can collect a parcel from a POPShop.

PO Boxes Delivery

Unfortunately we can't deliver to PO Boxes or to addresses outside of Australia. We must have a physical address within Australia, including rural areas and regional centres.

Packaging

We take care when packing orders to ensure your goods arrive intact and unspoiled, while also making a minimum impact on the environment. Delicate items are wrapped in newsprint, and the 'green beans' (void-fill) used to pack boxes are made from corn & potato starch, and are completely biodegradable.

Damaged or faulty products

Please let us know if you receive damaged or faulty goods and we'll either issue you a refund or exchange the item on its return. You won't be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement. To get in touch with us about any concerns please send an email to shop@ecostore.com.au
