1. Can I shop as a 'guest' rather than signing up for an ecostore account?

Yes, when you've finished shopping, simply continue to the checkout and complete your transaction as a 'guest' although if you do deicide to create an ecostore account, your details will be saved for faster future transactions.

2. What if my billing address is separate from my delivery address?

No problem. You'll be prompted to enter separate details for delivery and billing addresses at checkout. If the addresses are the same you can specify that too and avoid entering your details twice.

3. Can you deliver to PO Boxes, Rural Deliveries & Overseas?

Our apologies, we can't deliver to PO Boxes. We must have a physical address within Australia, including rural areas and regional centres.

4. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are region-based, and are a flat rate for your whole order:

 QLD  $14.50

 WA  $17.50

5. What sort of packing materials do you use?

We take care when packing orders to ensure your goods arrive intact and unspoiled, while also making a minimum impact on the environment. Delicate items are wrapped in newsprint, and the 'green beans' (void-fill) used to pack boxes are made from corn & potato starch, and are completely biodegradable.

6. When will my order ship?

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has shipped. Delivery is usually within 7 business days of this confirmation (business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times vary for different States:

  • VIC Metro 2-3 days Outside Metro 4-5 days
  • NSW Metro 2-3 days Outside Metro 4-5 days
  • ACT Metro 2-3 days Outside Metro 4-5 days
  • SA Metro 2-3 days Outside Metro 4-5 days
  • QLD Brisbane 2-3 days Outside Metro 5-7 days
  • Tas: 5 - 7 days
  • NT: 5 - 7 days
  • WA: 5 - 7 days

  • 7. How can I track my order?

    As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a consignment number, which you can enter in the StarTrack website to track the position of your order.

    8. Which carrier will my order ship with?

    All orders are delivered by StarTrack, who operate from Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm (except public holidays). StarTrack contact is: 13 23 45 .

    9. What if I'm not home when the courier arrives?

    The delivery service runs from Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (except public holidays). If you're not home the courier will leave an 'attempted delivery' card and you'll need to call 13 23 45 to organise re-delivery. If you don’t want to sign for your package, make sure you enter ‘Authority to leave’ in the Shipping Method section of the checkout.

    10. I need a GST invoice for my order.

    Just email us at shop@ecostore.com.au with your order number, and we'll send you a Tax Invoice via email.

    11. If an item says 'out of stock' can I put it on backorder?

    Sorry, we don't accept backorders. Products will be available for purchase as soon as they are back in stock.

    12. How can I find out about specials/promos?

    Easy. Just sign up to our ecostore Shoppers Club e-newsletter to receive up-to-date information about specials and promotions (scroll down to the bottom of this page and enter your email address in the field provided).

    13. Can I buy in bulk?

    Yes, we currently offer bulk sizes for a select range of our products, which is a great way to save money and reduce packaging. We hope to continue to expand our bulk range, so check our online store regularly and sign up for our monthly e-newsletter to hear about more bulk size options as they become available.

    14. Clearance item

    All clearance items are sold as-is and may include deleted lines, excess stock, old packaging or close to best-before dates.

    15. How do I remove myself from your mailing list?

    We'll be sorry to see you go, but all e-newsletters come with an 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email which you can click to unsubscribe. You can also email us at shop@ecostore.com.au

    16. I want a product in a different size. When will you offer it?

    Great! Let us know if you'd like a product to be available in more sizes - the more demand there is, the more we can make happen. email any feedback to shop@ecostore.com.au

    17. Out of stock item (OOS)

    The product you ordered may be out of stock. If an item or items are out of stock (OOS), we will not be able to ship this product for you. We will refund you in full in your credit card in 48 hours for any out of stock (OOS) item or items. We will not upgrade or offer alternative product for any out of stock (OOS) product.
